Founder’s Story: Emily Kim – The Heart Behind K-Bowl Dreams
Emily Kim never set out to be a restaurateur. She was a busy soccer mom juggling school drop-offs, weekend games, and home-cooked meals—always making sure her kids had something delicious and nourishing to eat. But as she shared her homemade Korean rice bowls with friends and family, she realized there was something special in the comfort and depth of these flavors.
Determined to bring authentic Korean flavors to busy families like hers, Emily launched K-Bowl Dreams, a ghost kitchen dedicated to fresh, fast, and flavorful Korean-inspired rice bowls.
